October 16, 2004 (last date of major changes/updates of project)

- Architectural Plans are complete and can be viewed here

- Certificate of Occupancy was received on 9/30/04

- All Tenants have moved into the House while Lionberger Construction finishes some of the small exterior work.

- Tenant Lofts are built. Tenants bulding individual ladders this week.

- Homecoming Weekend was a blast! Thanks for attending!
