With Alumni support in the past, BATI and the members of TKE have made some outstanding progress in making the Barn withstand the test of time. As you might remember, any project undertaken by a group of loyal TKEs from Xi-Omega has meant hard work, maximizing every dollar, and always some good cold fun.
Throughout the years, several projects have been successful in improving the property as a whole. Highlighted below are only a few.
| > Purchasing the current Barn in the 1980's; and paying off the mortgage in October of 2000. |
| > Placing the memorial in dedication to John Tyler Fearnow, III. |
| > Building the back deck and BBQ grill. |
| > Renovating the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. |
| > Cleaning and installing a new Cast Iron Furnace. |
| > Adding Alumni donation bricks around the Memorial. |
| > Planting over 20 eight-foot pines to screen the property (Spg '99) |
| > Volleyball and Basketball court maintenance |
| > And lets not forget the rebuilding of the TKE BARN! |
