| The Campaign |
|

| The
Restoration TKE Barn campaign has been underway for about one
year, all the proper planning, budgeting and research necessary to make
this campaign a success has been done. The end result will be a first-class
facility that is befitting of the TKE organization that will reside within
its walls. We have contracted with Lionberger
Construction Company to design and build the new TKE Barn. Lionberger
Construction is using Balzer and Associates, Inc to do the design work.
Digital blueprints are available here. Estimated construction is approximately
4-6 months. |

Alumni
participation is the key tosuccess. BATI has grown into a strong,
stand-alone business that maintains The Barn and the surrounding land. BATI
has been, and will continue to be, a stand-alone business, completely self-sufficient.
And the new mortgage will be paid by the rent collected from the people
living in the Barn. On that note, The Barn will not be rented between July
2003 and June 2004 due to the conservative construction window and alumni
donations are needed to maintain the financial strength of BATI during that
time. Your donations, as part of the naming opportunities, will provide
the financial stability BATI wishes to maintain during the period of construction.
